The Billing and Revenue Reimbursement Coordinator is responsible for supporting annual MCO reconciliation and program's billing operations and customers (internal and external) to achieve excellent billing performance. This role is responsible to manage the billing process from documentation, workflow to support clinical teams with billing and reimbursement related inquiries, and acting as liaison between state programs and other medical grant funding reimbursement (such as HRSA Covid Uninsured Program, BCCHP/Wisewoman, CCM, HealthHome & DSME).  This position also works closely with the State Programs, Billing team and the Clinical Services groups to ensure accuracy and efficiencies within reimbursement processes.  This position also is a key person as mentor to the revenue cycle billing team for any billing enquiries to ensure the billing compliance and maximum the reimbursement.

Pay Range: $23.85 - $34.92

Education - Associate of Arts degree or equivalent work experience preferred.  Experience - 1 to 3 years prior experience with billing state programs is required. Other Requirement(s) - Professional coding certification from AAPC (CPC) required or AHIMA (CCS-P). Additional AAPC certifications preferred: CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) and CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor).
