Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate Tool Integration Analysts (Level 2) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) team in Renton, Washington .
This role interacts with all parts of the Tooling Lifecycle and allows for creative process development and deployment, while working with diverse cross-functional team. Day-to-day assignments may vary in complexity and priority supporting all levels of the organization’s strategy requiring a proactive problem solver.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in gathering supporting data to develop estimates and schedules.
Gathers and prepares tooling product data, presentation and support materials for manufacturing, procurement and shop-floor teams.
Gathers and prepares data for upload into offload tooling business systems.
Identifies, coordinates and process customer requirements for tooling products or information.
Assists in the creation of and updates project schedules.
Assists in reviewing and creating tooling product documentation and procedures.
Performs tooling product order processing.
Prepares order packages for distribution.
Performs associated general administrative duties.
Manages electronic or physical drawings.
Works under general supervision.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with employees, external customers, peers, and all levels of leadership.
1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
1+ years of experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years working in Maintenance, Reliability, or Equipment Engineering.
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Project.
Associate's Degree or higher.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $68,400 - $83,600
