Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Supervisor, Information & Records Management in Rensselaer, New York

We are currently looking to fill a Supervisor, Information Records Management position. This position will provide support to the Rensselaer site related to documentation, archival systems, and ancillary support systems. This individual would also lead a team of Archive professionals.

Shift available: 2nd shift, Mon-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Supervises and guides subordinates to ensure that tasks are completed.

  • Counsels’ employees about work performance.

  • As appropriate, trains staff and user departments in documentation and archival systems

  • Provides guidance/training to Document Control/ Information and Records Management staff and user departments in proper use of the document and archival change systems to ensure consistency of system usage.

  • Prepares status reports for management.

  • Coordinates document requests and stages documents for presentation during regulatory inspections and audits.

  • Investigates and manages compliance items such as deviations for the department.

  • Coordinates review and revision of controlled documents.

  • Reviews/Approves administrative changes to controlled documents for Quality Assurance.

  • Implements and maintains document repositories and archives.

  • Issues, maintains and archives master manufacturing documentation and supporting documentation.

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. in Quality Assurance/Document Control/ Archives experience preferred. Relevant proven experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement.
