  • Reviews test results to ensure compliance with standards; reports any quality anomalies.

  • Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.

  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or other science related degree concentration

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bioassay laboratory

  • Experience in running bioassays preferred (skills including: working with 96 well-plates, serial dilutions, and working with small volumes with multi-channel pipette)

  • Assays included: ELISA, immunoassay, in vivo potency

  • Experience with mammalian tissue culture and aseptic technique highly desired

  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitude

  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

  • Position is full-time, various shift opportunities, with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply.

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday - Saturday.

  • Base compensation is $21.50 - $28 per hour based on experience.
