SAIC TCloud Outreach Manager in REMOTE WORK, Virginia

Description

SAIC is looking for an Outreach Manager supporting our exciting TCloud Program. This individual will be an integral part of the growth within this program.

*Roles & Responsibilities *

  • Lead the outreach team to be the front face of the TCloud program, providing education, contractual outreach services, and build relationships with potential customers.

  • Work independently and with business development to identify opportunities to increase the TCloud services being provided to Dept. of Treasury.

  • Understand and be able to discuss Cloud technologies offered by TCloud and work with Solution Architects to collect potential customer needs and data and oversee the creation of high-level ROM proposals to migrate and support the customers technology needs into TCloud.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to devise and support customer engagement strategies.

  • Leverage data to identify opportunities to improve offerings and customer relations.

  • Lead interactions to understand and empathize with customer needs and business objectives to help solve their business problems.

  • Leverage multi-Cloud technical expertise to educate and recommend solutions that deliver the most value.

  • Manage and communicate the value proposition of cloud service offerings through a variety of delivery channels, including webinars, one on one engagements, videos, and web content. 

  • Provide oversight toward the evaluation and insurance of customer readiness. 

  • Establish realistic expectations to support development of mutual trust.

  • Provide input, document requirements, and direct/support the design and delivery of training programs. 

  • Monitor and improve the tracking of success metrics.

  • Define and direct communications and outreach efforts, including the development, delivery, and management of key communications.

  • Maintain technical competency with the evolving multi-cloud landscape, and how they best address customer use cases.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience with client relationship management (CRM) practices for large organizations, preferably Federal Government *. *

  • Ability to manage a high pace team with growth responsibilities

  • Knowledge and experience with the value proposition of commercial cloud services, cloud migrations, and business transformation. 

  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Ability to clearly articulate and tailor messages to a variety of audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies and solutions to overcome them. 

  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

  • Experience in data analysis is preferred. 

  • Multiple cloud practitioner business certification for multiple commercial CSPs is preferred.

  • ITIL foundations (V3/V4) preferred.

  • Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance.

Target salary range: $175,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
