Shuvel Digital Senior Engineer, Reporting and Automation (Power BI/Azure Logic App) (Security)-10910-Remote in Remote, Virginia

Overview

This position resides within the Information Security Department/Agile Services Team/ Technology and Reporting Workstream. Agile Services Team's (AST) mission is to help Security teams adopt Agile methodologies and ways of working. The Senior Engineer will support the Agile Services Team Technology and Reporting (ATR) workstream responsible for administering and implementing technology solution to support AST's mission. The Senior Engineer's primary responsibilities will be to develop Power BI reports to track, but not limited to, department andteam goals, project status, and ongoing Agile Value Metrics. The role's secondary responsibilities will be to design Azure Logic App workflows to automated business process flows between different applications to Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications

  • Power BI: 5 years

  • Power Automate/Azure Logic App: 3 Years

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or 8+ years of experience as a senior engineer or lead in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Power App: 3 Years

  • Azure DevOps: 3 Years

  • Experience working in an Information Security Team

  • Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts

Preferred Certifications:

  • Power BI Data Analyst Associate

  • Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate

  • Azure Security Engineer Associate

  • Certified Information System Security Practitioner

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage Power BI reports, dashboards, and Business Intelligence solutions

  • Collaborate with Agile coaches to produce actionable reports and dashboards

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis relating to Agile value metrics, Objective and Key Results, project status reporting, and other Agile process-related issues

  • Perform data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis, and operations research, including statistical methods and modeling

  • Analyze and validate data and test the accuracy of dashboards

  • Develop automation workflows using Azure Logic App between different applications and Azure DevOps

  • Test and debug Azure Integration Logic Apps with Cloud Team and application teams

  • Develop Azure Logic App custom connectors

  • Analyze complex Agile concepts, propose efficient technical solutions, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively

  • Demo technical solutions to groups of various sizes and organizational levels

  • Performs other related duties as assigned
