Job Purpose:

This position anchors CBTS' belief that by focusing on customer needs first, it will ultimately benefit all parties involved, the customer, our Partners and CBTS directly. The CSM is expected to provide world-class account management to the Channel's largest customers by ensuring that the Client's desired business outcomes are realized. CSM's facilitate multi-level relationships between customer, Partner and CBTS by having ultimate accountability for new implementations, current service excellence, and generation of new business through business development initiatives. This is a pivotal role that requires the right skill set to motivate cross-departmental teams to perform at their highest levels, while balancing competing objectives. The right person possesses a high degree of integrity, initiative and work ethic.

Essential Functions:

  • Client Support: 60%
  • Help Define KPI's
  • Provide client support services in timely, accurately and professional manner
  • Build positive and productive relationships with clients and Partners
  • Coordinate internal resources with the Client for successful outcomes
  • Conduct regular business reviews between with all parties
  • Understand Key stakeholders and their requirements
  • Obtain client feedback and recommend service improvements Act as sponsored contact for any client inquiries and concerns
  • Analyze client issues and provide corrective actions
  • Business Development: 20%
  • Continually understand the needs and direction of the customer
  • Position CBTS services and solutions fits for the client via the Indirect Partner to meet the desired business outcome of the client
  • Back Office Sales Process: 20%
  • Facilitate SFDC opportunity management
  • Facilitate Indirect Partner and customer changes with internal tool sets
  • Assists in communications for process improvements and enhancements to Sales Team Quoting/proposal prep -- CPQ Potential work with OEM's as necessary

Education:

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

General Work Experience:

6 to 7 years
