Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Designs and operationalizes new integration patterns in middleware platforms, using Intersystems Health Connect. Acts as middleware platform SMEs.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in integration POCs for new patterns

  • Operationalizes new integration patterns through documentation, training development teams and acting as a SME for the patterns

  • Defines, documents and maintains integration standards such as naming conventions and coding standards

  • Participates in HL7 and other structure management.

  • Supports middleware platform tools such as audit reports, source control systems and other tools used to in the development and support of integrations in the middleware platforms

  • Serves as a SME in the middleware platforms and works closely with both integration architects and integration developers to ensure integrations are utilizing reusable components when possible.

  • Designs, directs and performs analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues including analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions.

  • Leads design sessions of integration patterns in the middleware.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Experience with Intersystems Health Connect

  • InterSystems IRIS Core Solutions Developer Specialist certification

  • REST API experience

  • FHIR experience

  • Angular experience

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
