AutoNation Mobile Service HQ At AutoNation Fleet & Mobile Services, we assist fleets to manage maintenance in a more convenient and cost-effective way, thus increasing fleet efficiency and operational performance, through comprehensive mobile and fleet management solutions. The Account Manager (AM), reporting to the Regional Sales Director (RSD), will work indirectly with the Business Development Managers (BDMs), Strategic/ Key Account Director Service Advisors, and Fleet Technicians to ensure that AutoNation clients always get the best possible mobile service and preventative managed maintenance outcome. The main objective of the AM is to build and maintain strong existing customer relationships, develop new business growth from existing clients, and actively support new accounts transferred to them from BDMs. This includes day-to-day mobile service sales operations, managing scheduled appointments and ensuring all mobile service deliverables are met. The AM will be responsible for providing monthly account management reports and maximizing revenue/profitability in line with agreed account quarterly/ annual revenue targets. Account Managers will manage all client inquiries and concerns and liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience, particularly operations (delivery team, service writers, dispatchers, mechanics, customer service). Essential Account Management Functions: Act as the AutoNation Account Management contact for all mobile & fleet customers to manage all aspects of mobile service, repairs, and maintenance for fleets (Class 1-5), and secondary equipment maintenance (trailers)/ upfitment equipment, maintenance contract management, RFP response preparation (existing accounts), and all communication materials. Develop a trusted advisor relationships with allocated accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of repair services according to customer needs. Clearly communicate monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal/ external customers (MBR/QBR) Identify and communicate areas of improvement to RSD & Ops Directors to meet revenue targets. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to identify and grow new fleet business opportunities with existing accounts and potential new accounts. Monitor ongoing dealer performance on existing accounts such as efficiency ratios, delinquency, days-to-complete repairs, profitability, etc. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that these are communicated and implemented within existing accounts. Responsible for relationship development and maintenance with the AutoNation dealer base. Able to identify opportunities for change, and the ability to effectively communicate change. Core Competency Requirements: 8+ years of account management experience with a B2B fleet emphasis Ability to juggle multiple account management projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Track record of success in customer satisfaction and retention Understanding of fleet customer requirements (Uptime, TCO, business needs)  Preferred knowledge of fleets and their procedures and mobile service requirements Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated experience with problem-solving working with cross-functional teams.  Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry conventions and events up to 50%. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word preferred.  Experience in Salesforce.com with an account management environment BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or relevant field is recommended.
