DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and driven SAP Solution Manager Consultant to become a part of our team. Within this role, you will be providing day-to-day support to our client's business units, but also actively participate in solution improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support of the technical and functional team in the context of ChaRM, Process Management, Quality Management
Configuration/adjustment of the Solman processes according to requirements
Consultancy in the context of the Solman modules
REQUIREMENTS
ChaRM (Change Request Management) - configuration of the functionality according to the change management process requirements
Process Management (Solution Documentation) - clear understanding of the functionality, ability to do required configurations according to the process requirements
Quality Gate Management (QGM) - clear understanding of the functionality, ability to do required configurations according to the process requirements
English B2 (is able to communicate fluently with English speaking stakeholders, able to share ideas and provide reasoning
Team player (easy & respectful communications, shares responsibilities for the team overall success)
NICE TO HAVE
Focus Build configuration taking in consideration all dependent modules
CCLM (Custom Code Lifecycle Management) - clear understanding of the functionality, ability to do required configurations according to the process requirements
BPCA (Business Process Change Analysis - clear understanding of the functionality and ability to support the change analysis process from the technical perspective
Test Suite - clear understanding of the functionality, ability to do required configurations according to the process requirements
Managed system setup - on-boarding of the SAP systems to solman system monitoring and Early Watch Alert
Preparation of the Solman for the upgrade taking in consideration all enabled functionalities
Understanding of the integration between Solman and 3rd party solutions
