How You'll Create Impact
Map all different ways to serve customers, streamline and lead process reengineering through a new process design, addressing inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements.
Identify and execute on standardization opportunities within Commercial Operations with a close focus on Offer-to-Cash process
Build process documentation and ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining processes, mapping, reports, and operating practices
Work with Local teams to maintain internal control measures and adjust them to the process’ needs
Translate business requirements and strategy through standardization into a service offering that improves operational efficiency and productivity
Assess and manage risks associated with the process, implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the process's performance against these metrics.
Act as primary Commercial Operations First Point of Contact for EMEA integrated projects (QA/RA, Audit, IT Security, Legal)

- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
Your Background
At least 5-7 years of experience in the Operations Department of a multinational Company
BA in engineering or equivalent
Experience and alignment with the Business Process Management discipline
Significant experience with SAP, Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Visio, or any other process visualization tools
Demonstrable experience in process harmonization in a Supply Chain/Commercial Operations environment
Significant experience in LifeScience Business is highly preferred
Skills in Process frameworks or process modeling/analysis/simulation notations like BPMN, EPC etc.
Data-driven decision-making with extensive analytical capabilities from a variety of data sources
Excellent written and verbal skills
Knowledge of any process improvement methodologies like Lean, 6sigma would be an asset
Strong team player with the ability to interface with numerous cross-functional teams, customers, internal and external service providers
Travel Expectations
Availability to travel 50%-75%
