Molina Healthcare AVP, Sales/Marketing Tools & Support in Remote, Oregon
The AVP Sales and Marketing Tools & Support will support the organizational data and infrastructure strategy by leading the team responsible for capturing business requirements, writing UAT test protocols and interfacing with IT.
Leads and supports the below tool sets:
Business managed applications related to normalizing lead, broker data, sales data & commissions calculation
Numerous automated data feeds and FTP sites to support production of marketing materials
Sales Force.com (SFDC), SFDC Marketing Cloud and SFDC Sales Cloud which contains our systems of record for marketing campaigns, Sales Funnel definitions, leads and lead management rules utilizing Journeys
2 different agent management solutions
Multiple solutions used to support the Telesales teams
Multiple solutions used to capture applications from new members
Collaborates cross functionally and across departments to capture, normalize and standardize data for the organizational data lake.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
8+ years’ experience supporting reporting and analytics functions
5+ years managing teams with similar responsibilities
Required Licensure or Certification:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
5 years’ experience with Sales Force Lightning and commensurate SFDC certifications
5 years’ experience building compelling, quant based business cases to support proposed enhancements
