Summary: Liberty IT Solutions is currently searching for a Salesforce Solutions Architect. The candidate will be responsible for designing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and providing guidance and leadership to the team through design, development and deployment phases. The Solution Architect works with client stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, technical architects, and members of the agile team in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle to design and develop solutions to business problems using the Salesforce platform. Day-to-day work may include participating in discovery meetings, understanding business requirements, assisting in story-writing, presenting potential solutions, documenting designs and solutions, building solutions on the Salesforce platform, participating in release planning and releases, mentoring junior team members, and test planning. Keys to success in this role include strong communication skills with an ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience, an ability to build positive working relationships, broad knowledge and a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, and strong analytical skills. Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, MIS, Computer Science or related; or equivalent work experience Required Years of Experience: 4+ years. 2+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education Minimum Qualifications: Respect for individual values regarding diversity, inclusion, and customs Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform Experience participating in the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle Experience demonstrating solution design and architecture to technical and non-technical audience An understanding of scrum and agile methodologies Experience with Salesforce releases and deployments Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, User Experience Designer, Sharing & Visibility Designer, Data Architecture & Management Designer Client-facing experience Experience with the Salesforce Health Cloud Federal Government, VA and/or Healthcare IT experience Experience with SAFe Experience with git or another source control repository Salesforce DevOps processes and tools such as Copado and Gearset.
