Job Description:

Responsible for sales, marketing and customer support. Implements marketing strategies and sales initiatives. Sets objectives, targets and measures to achieve the company’s forecasted sales and production. Develops and maintains standardized sales brochures, presentations, proposals and collateral and other materials related to sales and marketing. Analyzes commercial market conditions for the determination of potential sales of a product or service. Interprets customer trends and market insights into actionable strategies and tactics. May represent the company at trade shows, industry and marketing related conferences and corporate events.

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • A minimum of three years’ achievement-oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare, or equivalent experience with a direct competitor, or a minimum of four years in achievement-oriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience including coordination / coaching / motivation of peers or subordinates.

Competences and Critical Success Factors

  • Good management and leadership capabilities.

  • Strong communication and selling skills.

  • Strong organization and planning capabilities.

  • Strong problem solving attitude.

  • Able to work well with peers and top management.

  • Able to manage / guide direct reports based in other locations.

  • Fluent in spoken and written Dutch & English, any other language is an asset.

  • Proficient with computers and office software.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the region based on the manager's direction.

  • Recognizable as a role model.

  • Is required to travel Intensively within the region

Educational Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven leadership and management of teams to drive sales.Strong understanding of customer and dental market specific dynamics and requirements.
