Our Software Engineer, Talent Applications is accountable for:

  • Providing the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications used for recruiting, tracking, and managing talent

  • Continuously improve the usability and functionality of the talent applications by gathering user feedback, conducting usability tests, and implementing enhancements

  • Working closely with other teams, such as Vendors, HR, recruitment, sales, and IT, to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements

  • Ensuring that the software applications comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards

Essential Skills:

  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills

  • Knowledge of Database Management and Data Security

  • Ability to work with business sponsors in the build, plan and deliver of technical solutions in support of business plans

  • Ability to rapidly grasp IT concepts and identify potential solutions, as well as understand key interdependencies with other systems

Seeking a required minimum of 5 years of IT software as a service industry experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer, Solution Architect, or Applications Analyst. This is a virtual role. The candidate must be able to work early eastern time zone hours of 7am-4pm as needed to support business needs.
