Our SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager is accountable for:

  • Managing and overseeing the monthly consolidation process including foreign and domestic subsidiaries

  • Applying judgement and utilizing problem-solving skills and analytical procedures in the preparation and review of financial information, including journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Preparing and assisting in review of financial statements, footnotes and related external financial reporting support in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations

  • Reviewing XBRL tagging in the quarterly and annual SEC filings

  • Supporting process for monthly internal management reports

  • Assisting in the technical research of complex accounting matters and preparing relevant memos

  • Provide key support to internal and external auditors in connection with quarterly and year-end audit procedures

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting, SEC reporting requirements, and application of Sarbanes-Oxley ICFR requirements

  • Workiva experience a plus

  • Strong ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively with international and US finance teams

  • Demonstrates ability to lead individual contributors and/or project teams

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently

Seeking a minimum of 7 years of experience at a Big Four public accounting firm or a combination of public accounting and public multinational company experience is required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar area of study and CPA license required. Living in Eastern or Central Time Zone required.
