Trane Technologies Sr. Director, Healthcare Industry Strategic Solutions in Remote, Massachusetts

As a Senior Director of the Healthcare vertical, this role will provide support to the entire Healthcare team with an emphasis on revenue generating activities and customer satisfaction. This role will report into the Healthcare Sales Leadership. In addition, this role will provide the necessary support to the various Nuvolo departments, inclusive of Account Management, Customer Success, Product and the Services organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Overlay: Focus on strategic account alignment, positioning, and execution in collaboration with the VP of Healthcare Sales.

  • GTM Advisor: Provide guidance to the VP of Healthcare Sales and VP of Revenue on go-to-market strategies.

  • Opportunity Development: Work with Account Executives to develop strategic opportunities.

  • Healthcare Industry Leader: Represent Nuvolo externally, collaborating with marketing on events, speaking engagements, webinars, etc., to drive and extend value to clients and prospects.

  • Healthcare User and Industry events: Participate and lead various Healthcare user events to bring awareness and education to existing and key prospects.

  • Internal Liaison: Act as an industry expert, working with Solution Consulting (pre-sales) and Product Management to translate client and industry trends into actionable solutions for Nuvolo.

  • Product Counsel Participation: Alignment with the Product Team and participation in the Nuvolo Product Counsel for the presentation of healthcare team’s interests in product development and growth.

  • Services Optimization Consultant: Collaborate with Nuvolo Services for pre-configuration, optimization for faster time to value.

  • Healthcare Industry Team (HIT) Lead: Collaborate with Customer Success on quarterly HIT client webinars and manage the quarterly event. In addition, provide support and assistance to the Customer Success on key renewals and customer satisfaction.

  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct reviews detailing revenue opportunities, solution development, and future initiatives for healthcare market pursuits and product advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of consistently developing and closing net new business

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with SaaS or digital solutions

  • 7+ years of experience in field sales, pipeline development, and new business generation

  • Excellent understanding of information technology and solution selling

  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with prospects and customers

  • Strong presentation, leadership and collaboration skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

  • Strong healthcare consulting expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The compensation for this position is $250K OTE ($150/$100K) with accelerators and an uncapped variable compensation plan .
