PNC Sr Technology Integration Specialist - Tempus in Remote Location, United States

As a Technology Integration Specialist within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. As a Sr Technology Integration Specialist, you will be part of a team that specializes in software development for either healthcare or web. In this role you will work closely with our sales partners, where you will be responsible for technical deep dives, gathering requirements and documentation to determine the outline of the solution that has been planned. You will also be responsible for managing customer facing API specifications, as well as performing technical writing. Additionally, as this is a senior level role, you will serve as a lead on all projects as well as act as a mentor to other Integration Specialists on the team.

Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking experienced IT professionals who have a background in software development. Ability to read code also preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Delphi, vue.js, HTML, C#, .net, Microservices, and/or Epic. Additionally, we are also seeking candidates who have past leadership or project management experience.

Job Description

  • Designs business architecture through conducting needs analysis, routine problems resolution and outcomes estimation, in accordance with standards and processes.

  • Delivers technical roadmaps on business processes, application blueprints, data models and system over layers to support business objectives, standards and processes.

  • Analyzes business requirements, current technical gaps and possible applications needed to support business strategies and expectations.

  • Plays a key role in conducting risk assessments, quality assurance processes and routine issue resolution in business architecture.

  • Estimates on the effectiveness of business architecture outcomes; communicates about client feedback to technology teams in order to improve deliverables and meet business requirements.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic – Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
