Edwards Lifesciences Senior Analyst, HRIS - Workday in Remote, United Kingdom

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead the design and configuration of scalable Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions based on evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Independently deliver advanced Workday Business Processes and Functional configuration to meet business requirements and develop HRIS procedures and design specifications.

  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of related reports/dashboards and data management strategy.

  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment of HR Technology solutions.

  • Working closely with HR counterparts and HR Technology team members to understand requirements, conduct complex analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across functional areas.

  • Participate in the cross-functional biyearly Workday release cycle activities (including regression testing, planning for relevant functionality enhancements, considering downstream and end-user impacts, addressing change management needs).

  • Drive initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity, addressing any gaps through a continuous improvement approach.

  • Provide specialized inputs for relevant EIB data uploads.

  • Working with stakeholders to identify areas where Workday can be used to improve processes and procedures, as well as providing training and support to users to ensure that they are able to use Workday effectively.

  • Providing ongoing knowledge transfer, training and support to cross-functional team members.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree & 4+ years of prior experience with HRIS system – Workday

  • 2+ years of experience of proven expertise with deploying Absence and Time Tracking modules in Workday

  • Fluent English, other languages is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Strict attention to detail, ability to manage complex projects & influence change.
