Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Biotech Account Manager to join our world-class sales team. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

This role is 4 days based from our Inchinnan Glasgow Site & 1 day remote

25% UK Travel & Occasional Sweden visits

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of biotech accounts, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the biotech industry

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide flawless customer service

  • Compete effectively in a fast-paced sales environment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

  • Apply effective sales strategies to discover new business opportunities and enhance market presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in the biotech or life sciences industry

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong understanding of the industry and ability to identify customer requirements

  • Ability to successfully implement sales strategies and meet sales goals
