Job Description Summary

In this role, you will implement GE Healthcare Digital solutions as part of the Delivery team.

You will be a key member of the Delivery team whose role is to analyse the customer’s clinical workflows, provide solution configuration, customer training preparation, training delivery and documentation.

The role also includes supporting the customer during the Go-live of a solution as well as providing ongoing support for customers along with the GE Healthcare Digital Services team. You will support the sale of GE Healthcare Digital solutions to customers by assisting the Sales teams with pre-sale demonstrations and presentations. You will work on site or remotely depending on the business requirements.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the solution implementation with knowledge and experience of the specific industry domain. Provide domain expert support during the sales process. During the implementation phase, analyze workflows, configure software applications, plan and deliver customer training, provide support during go-live and throughout the lifecycle of the solution. Deliver service offerings, such as process architecture and optimization.

  • Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

  • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

  • Collaborates with others to solve issues.

  • Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.

  • Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical documentation, Medical informatics, Medical technology or similiar education. Alternatlively, you are a certified Radiographer/ Radiology technologist.

  • 3+ years of experience working with medical IT systems.

  • Additional training in IT or experiences and understanding in the usage and system administration of medical information technology.

  • You could gain experience working as Application Specialist or customer consultant.

  • You like traveling, and appreciate a customer-oriented position.

  • You are flexible, strong in communication and presentations.

  • Beside local language, English language is required due to an international business environment.

  • Working independently in mission based teams, with a string problem-solving and decision-making competence is a matter of course for you.
