Support Services Group Digital Marketing Specialist in Remote, Dominican Republic

SUPPORT SERVICES GROUP is a multinational company that provides Consulting, BPO, and Contact Center services, with a presence in 10 countries.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, to support SSG's global Talent Acquisition team. This role will lead to new initiatives increasing our talent pipeline by adding additional recruitment channels and further developing our existing sourcing strategies. The position will partner with our local site recruiters, the global support team, and the Marketing/Brand teams to incorporate the latest in social media marketing. You'll support the development of a media acquisition engine to help people connect the right people with the right jobs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and facilitate digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness and build applicant pipelines through paid search, CPC/PPC, display and social media advertising.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the organization's most pressing hiring needs, prioritize initiatives and report on the impact that new campaigns have on current recruiting funnels.

  • Collaborate heavily with the employer brand team, working with content creators in the organization to ensure creativity is aligned with audience wants and needs.

  • Ensure job advertisements are optimized for search across platforms.

  • Provide innovative recommendations to support hiring through an evolving knowledge of industry best practices, tools, techniques, and technology.

  • Identify new channels and technology to attract and engage a continual pipeline of candidates

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in designing practices that enhance the candidate experience.

  • Deliver against bold hiring goals for global locations (with emphasis on North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean).

General Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience working in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, sourcing, or a related team.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required.

  • Prior experience working in a high-volume recruiting/talent attraction role.

  • Proven project management expertise, able to balance multiple ongoing deliverable-based projects.

  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external partner relationships to achieve goals.

  • Experience optimizing marketing strategies using: Indeed, Comparably, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.

  • Experience developing targeted candidate/consumer personas

  • Experience creating reports, and presentations; strong Excel/reporting skills needed.

  • Technology and Tools: Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System); Microsoft Office suite; Creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.); Social Media advertising knowledge (Facebook/Facebook Ads Manager/Instagram/Snapchat/TikTok/LinkedIn/Twitter/Google Ads).
