Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Roles and Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of ADMS solutions utilizing the Software Suite. Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects. Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. Also make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process. Is responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction

• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

• Able to lead one or more complex projects using jr. level staff to complete tasks.

• Manage complex custom software development tasks.

• Manages design of subsystems and integration of total system.

• Provides technical direction in the system development and has general responsibility for system integration and testing.

• Ensure generation of project and system documentation and that internal testing is completed. Responsible for development of progress reports to the customer. Responsible for documentation on all tasks and development work assigned.

• Interfaces with customers on all technical, project, and business issues.

• Provides input to Project Manager on schedules and cost estimates.

• Works directly with the customer to resolve any technical issues that may develop. Keeps customers abreast of technical developments.

• Conducts technical review of application designs and works with the application areas to ensure that project requirements are met, providing technical guidance and direction in all phases.

• Ensures that the system developed and delivered to the customer is of high quality and meets all technical requirements of the contract.

• Provides marketing support for proposals and demonstrations to potential customers. Identifies potential customers/sales opportunities.

• Works with Project Manager to create project schedules, scope changes, and execute project hand-off to customer support.

• Tracks progress of the other engineers, software development and integration effort and assist in the resolution of any technical issues that may arise.

• Plays a key role in training/mentoring integrators, interns and other staff. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• May be required to work extended hours, carry cell phone and be on call.

Required Qualifications

Requires seven (7) years software design, software integration and/or DMS, EMS, Oil and Gas, or related experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Experience (Essential Functions)

• Strong software systems development and integration skills.

• Experience with highly complex hardware and software configurations in a real-time environment.

• Good understanding of programming and database skills.

• Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.

• Experience with Unix, and/or Windows.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures. Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff and customers.

• Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

• Ability to work effectively with other management and groups. Fosters a team environment.

The salary range for this position is 115,920.00 - 144,900.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for [a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity].
