Overview:

INTECON, LLC is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Strategic Plan. As a vital member of our team, you will assist in driving initiatives that synchronize with the DCSA Strategic Plan, including tasks related to Organization Design and Realignment, Workforce and Workplace Studies, and Project Management Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Design and Realignment Support:

  • Assist in analyzing organizational structures to recommend strategic realignments or restructurings.

  • Support the execution of business case analyses, benchmarking efforts, and process design activities.

  • Help facilitate organizational change through the planning and execution of meetings, focus groups, and training sessions.

  • Contribute to DCSA's evolution as a High Impact Service Provider (HISP) with an emphasis on Customer Experience (CX).

Workforce and Workplace Studies:

  • Participate in studies aimed at optimizing agency processes, workforce, and workplace settings.

  • Suggest areas for study that contribute to the agency's growth and refinement.

  • Employ change management strategies to navigate and mitigate the effects of organizational changes.

Project Management Support Activities:

  • Assist in the management of significant agency meetings on critical topics.

  • Aid in planning, scheduling, and preparing briefing materials for effective meeting outcomes.

  • Support the facilitation of projects and activities spanning the enterprise.

Program Strategy Support:

  • Help in managing cross-mission integration efforts, ensuring they align with strategic goals.

  • Support in gathering documentation, conducting research, and analyzing data for cross-mission initiatives.

  • Apply change management methodologies to advance the DCSA Strategic Plan and project integrations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred. Will consider:

  • position related trainings and certificates in-lieu of a degree.

  • additional four (4) years of experience in-lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in Project Management or related field.

  • Understanding of DoD Security Policies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.

  • Desired Certifications:

  • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
