What You Can Expect

This position will support the HRIS function in areas of information systems analysis, reporting, data management, data integrity and issue resolution. This role will work closely with the HRIS team and HR users to analyze needs and translate them into system specifications in order to develop and maintain the HR systems. Also be accountable for project assistance in HRIS.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Act as SAP HRIS subject matter expert to the HR and HRIS teams.

  • Connect with the business and implementation partners to analyze and assist conveying business requirements into technical requirements

  • Support the partnership and communication with the system integration partners

  • Analyze HRIS needs for system maintenance and new developments and translate them into functional specifications in order to be implemented by the HRIS / IT team.

  • Serve as liaison with information systems team in resolving configuration and related problems and/or implementing functionality changes.

  • Test and approve system configuration changes for area of responsibility.

  • Evaluate use of SuccessFactors HRIS system to meet changing business requirements and continually monitor information needs.

  • Responsible for interfaces with various vendors and issue resolution to ensure data integrity with the data in the SAP HRIS system

  • Assist on ensuring process and systems integration across the breadth of HR functional activities.

  • Assist on developing and maintaining adhoc and advanced reports that meet Management and end users requirements.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Prior experience in HRIS activities.

  • Strong technical aptitude and project management skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of report writing, interface management, process reengineering.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate issues and resolutions and provide the appropriate level of support.

  • Strong attention-to-detail.

  • Should have proven track record of maintaining confidentiality, multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, problem solving, and working well under pressure.

  • Ability to communicate with all audiences on a global basis.

  • Technical experience must include the creation and manipulation of data from an HR System, MS Excel (pivot tables), MS Access (VBA coding), MS Word, and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries, and analyses.

  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Your Background

  • English proficiency is required (C1)

  • B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources and/or MIS plus a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, with broad exposure to HR processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Prior knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors software and practical application of HRIS systems. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors should include expertly managing the reporting and analytics module.
