What You Can Expect

Responsible for the financial review and planning functions related to the assigned functional areas and/or business units. Primary role is to by provide timely financial information and support for the business teams to make fact-based decisions of spend that drive the support functions they support. Serve as a subject matter expert around revenue recognition procedures. Act as point person for contracting and pricing for all capital business and ROSA product line. Perform insightful analysis to identify financial improvements or leverage spend for the functions to achieve strategic goals of Zimmer Biomet.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Capital Equipment Oversight.

  • Provide revenue recognition expertise and training

  • Oversee contra-sale activity

  • Provide contract and pricing support

  • Serve as main finance point of contact for ROSA

  • Support the monthly financial review process

  • Support the budget/projection process

  • Provide business partner support for daily activities and special projects

  • Maintain the systems that support the financial review/budget/projection process

  • Support the management of capital projects and requests

Your Background

  • English proficiency is required (C1)

  • B.S. in accounting, finance or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, or 4-5 years of experience with successful graduation from the ZB Finance Development Program and strong performance required.

  • CPA highly desired.

  • CPA/CMA preferred.
