Job Description Summary

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Lead the GE Telecom product portfolio and solutions in the region to achieve order targets by implementing and overseeing comprehensive commercial strategy. This strategy encompasses Fiber Optical, Teleprotection solutions for Energy and Industry Segment. Establish a robust Channel network including Sales Representative, Distributors and VARs ( Value Added Resellers).

Responsibilities include lead development and execution of the commercial strategy, focusing on generating new leads and identifying market opportunities in the regions. Facilitate cross-regional deals and maintain accountability for meeting or exceeding the orders and sales plans.

Drive the formulation and execution of proposal strategies and sales agreements, actively participating in deal structuring, pricing, and proposal development. Play a key role in customer negotiations and leverage relationships to identify new opportunities with functional partners for the development of innovative products and services, looking business growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) and

least 8 years of experience in Sales.

Fluent in English/Spanish

Excellent Telecommunication Domain, Fiber optical systems (SDH/MPLS-TP/DWDM), Teleprotection and Power Line Carrier, WLAN, LAN, Cyber Security.

Market knowledges within Energy Transmission and Industry
