As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF TMISS Task Order Portal Manager you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas.

You will play a key role in the development and success of our enterprise transition to the Power Platform and O365 Applications. This includes having in depth knowledge of O365 Applications to include SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and all Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as PowerApps, PowerApps Portals, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

A solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD)/Entra, identity management, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)-Compliant data security practices is necessary.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF TMISS Task Order Portal Manager you will work remotely and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You will support innovation and contribute to the design, development and deployment of applications driving enhanced business processes across the enterprise. You will work during normal business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and be in daily coordination with other Power Platform developers and work in support of the Technical Project Lead. A strong SharePoint and/or SharePoint Online background is also value added to the position.

The ranges listed at the end of this job posting are CACI’s general guidelines. This position is PT/Part time in the base year #1 of the contract.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

• Research potential programming needs and required programming languages.

• Provide programming experience to creatively design software to support requirements.

• Utilize industry-accepted testing methods to troubleshoot flaws.

• Work with team to ensure code quality.

• Create reports using PowerBI and presents development updates to teams and stakeholders.

• Customize existing code to ensure efficiency and functionality.

• Accurately document programming and code changes.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline

  • 3-5 years of Power Platform tools’ experience

  • Hands on experience with leading the design, development, and deployment of applications in the Power Platform. This includes canvas and/or model-driven applications development.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology

  • Hands on experience with integration with Microsoft services and Power Platform custom connector integrations options.

  • Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups, including technical, development, acquisition, contracts, program management.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Currently managing CACI Program Task Order Portals for US ARMY and/or GSA Programs

  • Certified as Microsoft 365 Teams Application Developer Associate

  • Familiarity with YAML, JSON, HTML, and DAX/M

  • Experience supporting Government Customers

  • Power Platform Fundamentals Certification or

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification or

  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

  • JIRA and Confluence experience

  • Gitlab experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:
