We are recruiting for a Dispatcher for our Mobile Phlebotomy Services.

FLSA: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Hourly

The Mobile Phlebotomist will have to be efficient with time management, good communicator, above average working on a laptop/surface, and highly skilled phlebotomist to be successful drawing the geriatric population. This position works under the supervision of the Mobile Phlebotomy Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter in your mileage and complete queues

  • Act as liaison with client and dispatcher

  • Respond to dispatch on questions about new orders and or about orders drawn

  • Monitor throughout the day new assignments

  • Monitor all your supplies to include expiration dates on tubes and reorder supplies as needed

  • Good customer service skills with clients and patients at all times

  • Maintain daily records and logs per each facility

  • Maintain Professionalism at all times

  • Report on time per your shift

  • Maintain good communications with your supervisor

  • Follow preanalytical processes such as patient ID and proper PPE as needed

  • Most importantly be reliable team member

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required

  • 2 + years' experience drawing in the field/healthcare setting (long-term care setting preferred)

Compensation:

  • Hourly compensation commensurate to experience.
