We are looking for highly talented Computing System Administrators to join our unique engineering team of building the next-gen computing products that support the PDC full solution.

For This role, we have looking for a System administrator for Microsoft and Linux environments with knowledge in the world of automation development in those worlds.

Applied Materials PDC (Process Diagnostics and Control) division designs, develops, manufactures and supports complex multidisciplinary machines for the semiconductors industry. These machines contain a large amount of Computing devices which includes servers, storages, network equipment etc.

The computing development group designs and develops the computing module in the R&D phase, our team-leading engineers are unique as they must hold IT knowledge side by side with development capabilities. Amazing people with a deep will to build the best future solution.

What you'll be doing:

You will develop automation in the computing systems and infrastructures in the IT environment for closed systems, you will get full responsibility for the computing, operating systems, and infrastructures on our products, and you will be the owner of the procedures and testing As a development unit (RnD) that transfers the solution to the production floor.

Our team is also responsible for providing support to the Applied Materials software group - which needs and is required to install third-party software or request ad-hoc solutions that we provide by installing software that is required for the benefit of the product, and this is done by automation or procedures that we are the owner of them.

What should you have?

  • B.Sc. in Computer science / similar – Must

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the hi-tech industry – Must

  • Knowledge in Active Directory – Must

  • MCSE / MCSA – Must

  • PowerShell and automation scripts – Must

  • Strong experience in Storage systems (SAN/NAS) – Must

  • Strong Hands-on experience Windows & Linux based platform – Must

  • Technical writing skills – Must

  • Ability to lead tasks and missions without direct supervision.

  • Presentation skills, Ability to present things in a technically clear way.

  • Experience with Microsoft Server technology, including SQL Server, IIS, GPO.

  • Strong experience in Network Infrastructure and firewalls.

  • Strong experience in Virtualization infrastructure.
