MAJOR FUNCTION:

  1. Membership and team member training management..
  2. Quality and productivity management.
  3. Support and prepare safe, productive operation.
  4. Proper completion and filing of essential reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Attendance : Track daily absences/tardiness/leaving early of assigned team members.
  2. Assignment : Enforce company policy of having assigned members working in the assigned/designated work area.
  3. Check production order and ensure inventory of necessary sub, CKD, press parts to achieve daily goal.
  4. Properly complete and file 1st, middle, last inspection sheet, downtime reports, and work reports.
  5. Manage line keeper and forklift driver to ensure inventory of sub, CKD, press parts and feeding main/sub lines.
  6. Control circulation of WIP and finished goods pallets.
  7. Enforce safe operations and 3C 5S applied work environment.
  8. Manage welding tip conditions, ATD blade conditions, and inspect them regularly.
  9. Inspect, verify, and adjust sensor detecting distance (when necessary).
  10. Control daily equipment check performed by team members.
  11. Manage 1st, middle, last inspection process performed by team members.
  12. Manage all necessary consumables including markers, blank forms, PPE, sealants.
  13. All other support activities outlined by supervisor and production specialist, manager, and senior manager.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

  1. High School diploma / GED
  2. Experience in supervising group members.
  3. Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  4. Organizing and executing plan skills.
  5. Able to grasp productivity, quality, and defective work results.
  6. Excellent hand and eye coordination.

Organizational Relationships:

  1. Accountable to the supervisors or specialists for all phases of activities.
  2. Advises, consults, and coordinates with:
    1. New Production Team Member
    2. Current Production Team Member
