What You'll Get To Do

An Aggregate Plant Operator is required to perform sampling and inspection work. This role will operate the rock, sand and gravel plant equipment to crush, wash or segregate materials used in construction. The ideal candidate has experience with moving and manipulating the controls to control the feeding, crushing, and screening machinery. Experience with maintenance of plant equipment is an asset. Compiling information for reports regarding plant production and plant maintenance is a key responsibility; some work may include analyzing data and making various computations. Familiarity with testing procedures, with measuring equipment, and with production equipment is required. The successful candidate will have a proven safety record as well as a history of being a team player. Must be able to work without direct supervision. Shift work and overtime will be required.
