Honeywell Sr. Advanced Quality Engineer in Redmond, Washington

As a Sr Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will lead and manage a team of quality engineers to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and you will drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

You will report directly to our Quality Manager, and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location.

In this role, you will impact the success of our products by ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

The salary range for this position is ($114,000.00 - $155,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues • Drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Advanced degree in a technical discipline • Experience in leading and managing a team • Six Sigma certification • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations • AS9100 and ISO9001 audit experience • First Article Inspection (FAI) experience • Material Review Board (MRB) experience • Experience with problem resolution and working on continuous improvement projects
