ManpowerGroup Social Impact Program Manager in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading gaming, hardware, and services corporation, is seeking a Social Impact Program Manager to join their team. As a Social Impact Program Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting social impact initiatives within the gaming community. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, exceptional writing abilities, and proficiency in SharePoint, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Social Impact Program Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $30-$35/hour on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Develop, manage, and update SharePoint for internal gaming initiatives.

  • Maintain and update external website showcasing social impact projects and partnerships.

  • Produce comprehensive reports and case studies on campaigns and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate centralized campaigns.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and facilitate rapid-testing initiatives.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with SharePoint.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Writing skills/STRONG EQ (sensitive topic and supporting culture).

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Program Management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful cross-group collaboration and project management.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
