Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Telecom Engineering Program Manager IS in Redmond, Washington

Description The Senior Telecom Program Manager will collaborate with Engineering counterparts and technology vendors to define solutions and services that enhance caregiver satisfaction and contribute value to Providence. This role has a broad scope, spanning across business units, and a deep focus on the technical, procedural, and continuous improvement aspects essential for developing enterprise-wide IS services. Responsibilities encompass the entire life cycle of the solution or service, including collaboration with Engineering and business stakeholders, interaction with caregivers, defining the solution or service with Engineering, managing the release, establishing the service's presence in the ecosystem, and supporting the caregiver community. Operating in a dynamic environment, this role involves meeting constant demands for on-time delivery, necessitating an understanding of Telephony technologies to meet customer needs. Key skills required include analysis and design, robust problem resolution, effective decision-making, and strong communication, influencing and partnership abilities. Success in this role relies on collaboration with the business, fellow IS organizations, and project teams. A solid understanding of Telephony technology is expected in this position.
