We are seeking a Senior Learning Knowledge Management Program Manager to help ensure everyone in an organization can access the information they need to succeed in their jobs–and that the collective knowledge of the organization is used to support operational efficiency, innovation, and revenue growth.

  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage/Administrate CO+I Learning in Microsoft corporate learning venues such as Viva Academy.

  • Content management taxonomy (Effectivity and storage of formal training, hands-on activities, guides).

  • Training completion and compliance reporting (Global completions for role-based learning paths, corporate compliance, and occupational safety requirements).

  • Manage learner feedback (multiple levels) from training, learning paths, hands-on practical activities, and trainer curriculum feedback.

  • Work with CO+I Learning colleagues to create or integrate AI-based solutions for curriculum, feedback, gamification, and general learning and productivity solutions for the team and our customers.

  • Manage CO+I Learning repository of internal guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Coordinate CO+I Learning globalization, localization, and translation plans efforts in partnership with the appropriate global translation teams and Curriculum Managers.

  • Co-manage CO+I Learning Sharepoint designs, content, and structure with intent to project-manage migrate our catalog of training and services from Sharepoint to Viva Academies.

  • Co-manage requestor intake (forms, process, tools, assignments, reporting).

  • Participate in stakeholder and user surveys (design, forms, application, reporting).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 3+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management

  • OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management

  • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses). Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.

  • Master's Degree or equivalent AND 6+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management

  • OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's) AND 8+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics 365 administration, and general 365 products and services.

  • Familiarity with common KM Tools or online digital Library administration.

Integrated Learning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
