JLL Senior Engineering Facilities Manager in Redmond, Washington

Pay: $140000 - $190000 / year + 20% target bonus Location: Meta Campuses | Redmond, WA; some oversight of Seattle & Bellevue Sr. Facilities Manager role to oversee lab and clean room operations and is required to be on site daily. Must have lab and clean room experience. This role needs to have a program management mind that is focused on change management and operational proactive service delivery in a technical environment. Ability to manage through the lens of Risks, Issues and Opportunities by developing action plans to mitigate and optimize across the campus in partnership with our client. Core Responsibilities Strong leadership skills, skilled communicator at all levels, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop, drive and deliver strategic plans. Manage customer satisfaction, discuss any recommended changes to the overall program and the financial impact they may have on facilities operations. Work with the operations team on results/expectations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance, minimize downtime, and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with standards, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Serve as a change agent as a key liaison between stakeholders (internal, cross-functional) to support strong alignment and execution while removing roadblocks to improve all services Oversee budget execution for maintenance and repair operations and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. Qualifications/Background 10+ Years in facility operations with a background in hands on building maintenance. Experience in critical site operations - lab environments, cleanroom environments Bachelors degree in facility management , project/construction management, engineering, or related field a plus Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and develop high-performing teams. Strong understanding of maintenance and repair principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
