The Salon & Spa Director implements

the overall business strategy of the

company while maintaining the daily

aspects of the guest experience.

Salon & Spa Directors are paid on a salary basis.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of

Salon & Spa Development and other members of

the executive team.

This position requires the ability to stand for

extended periods of time and move throughout the

salon.

Occasional travel required.

Reasonable additional duties may be assigned.
