Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking for a skilled Brand Transformation Project Manager to hit the ground running on large initiatives for a high level tech company within their gaming, ecosystem and brand strategy team.

Some of these daily tasks include:

 · Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for brand transformation initiatives.

 · Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, and senior leadership to align on project goals and ensure buy-in throughout the transformation process.

 · Execution Oversight: Lead the execution of brand transformation initiatives, overseeing all aspects of project implementation to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

 · Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.

 · Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on milestones achieved, issues encountered, and adjustments made.

 · Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external resources to allocate tasks, manage dependencies, and optimize project efficiency.

 · Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new branding strategies across the organization.

 · Documentation and Reporting:

 Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews, to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

 · Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement, driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of brand transformation efforts.

 · Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication channels among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership to foster collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

-8-10+ years experience in a project manager position

-8+ years experience running brand transformation initiatives from start to finish for an organization

-5+ years experience supporting a brand and marketing space -Previous Microsoft Experience

-Passion for improving day to day operations and new business initiatives within a highly growing and fast paced market null
