Candidates must have proven experience with retiring services, end-of-life software/tools, end-of-support, and communicating with internal teams, working through the process, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must have experience in retiring services, end-of-life software/tools, end-of-support, and communicating with internal teams, working through the process, etc.

  • Experience with software services and retirement of those services

  • Experience in research and report generation

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This role provides the opportunity to experience and insight into the support business of the company for its largest app and service organization.

  • This team supports planners in customer support business in high level engagement with groups who need customer support scenarios.

  • The role will consist of 60% Heads down planning designing 20% Meetings 20% Communication
