Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java or Python

  • OR equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of people management experience in the technical space

  • 4+ years designing, developing, and operating backend services 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in DevOps to maintain live services and\or application frameworks, as well as Cloud and services experience, with Azure cloud experience highly desirable  

  • 4+ years analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to software design and a passion for building highly scalable, highly reliable services

  • 4+ years experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes

  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly across organizational boundaries

Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
