  • EPSF (Edge + Platform Security Fundamentals) team looking for a PrincipalProduct Manager to help drive a customer-obsessed engineering teams.

  • EPSF team is responsible for ensuring development of secure products and services across Microsoft businesses.

  • EPSF team builds scalable products and solutions that enable partner teams to deliver secure products and services to Microsoft customers.

  • In this role, you will help product teams secure platforms and services built at Microsoft. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, exemplary communication skills and a solid understand of security fundamentals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s DegreeAND8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • ORequivalent experience.

  • 8+ years experiencedelivering products in highly matrixed organization

  • 3+ years practical experience of implementing data security, information security and cloud security controls

  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • knowledge of LLM and AI technologies, data analytics, processing systems, and quality evaluation systems.

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements arerequired for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND10+ years experiencein product/service/project/programmanagement or software development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated collaboration and partnership abilities, with a proven track record of driving results across teams

  • Demonstrated experience developing product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully designing, delivering, and iterating on complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Demonstrated Experience with customer-centric and data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation

  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or relevant certification

  • Experience with negotiations

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
