This role Coordinates 24/7 Potelco emergency response crew requests. Potelco has excellent Medical, Dental and Vision benefits company paid for you and your eligible dependents. It is a part time role with a variable schedule. Training occurs in Sumner with the bulk of on-site work in Redmond.

Schedule consists of 7 days on; 7 days off (Swing or Graveyard Shift).

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and coordinate emergency crew requests with Operations crews.

  • Coordinates 24/7 Potelco emergency response crew requests.

  • Provides incident specific support, coordination, prioritization, tracking and invoicing for emergency response work received from customers to Potelco Operations.

  • Work in a collaborative space in order to quickly and effectively solve issues.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to think analytically and problem solve independently.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, and various tracking software (training provided).

  • Ability to work Storms, weekends, holidays and on-call as needed (this is a 24/7 department)

  • Ability to multi task, and communicate effectively.

  • Ability to prioritize based on size and scope of jobs.

  • Ability to function as a team player within a great team

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Ability to venture outside of comfort zone, and must have the willingness to learn

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $27.50/Hr. - USD $33.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
