Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Craftsman with expertise in paver installation, including sand set, pedestal, and mortar techniques. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Paver Installation: Execute precise and high-quality installation of various types of pavers, including sand set, pedestal, and mortar applications.

  2. Site Preparation: Prepare job sites for paver installation, including excavation, grading, and base material preparation, ensuring proper drainage and stability.

  3. Material Handling: Handle and transport pavers and related materials safely and efficiently, taking care to prevent damage or loss.

  4. Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and equipment necessary for paver installation, such as compactors, saws, and lasers, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

  5. Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations for quality, durability, and aesthetics.

  6. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, adapting techniques as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
