Expected Duration: 01+ Month Job Type: [FULL TIME [CONTRACT], [Hybrid] Pay Range:[$35] - [$45] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirement: 1. Minimum 5 years' experience with calendar management. 2. Minimum 5 years experience with facilitation and planning events and meetings. 3. Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Summary: The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. Job Responsibilities: * Proactive calendar management for complex and changing calendars to ensure accurate scheduling across multiple time zones. * Work in partnership with the leader to make decisions regarding schedule prioritization. * Provide end-to-end travel planning including flights, visas, accommodations, ground transportation, meetings, and processing expense reports. * Manage team discretionary budget and spending. * Help drive the ROB (Rhythm of Business) with scheduling, team calendar items, and executing meetings. * Manage and maintain team aliases to support efficient and appropriate internal communication. * Coordinate planning and logistics for team events and offsites including booking space, meeting support, meals/catering, material preparation, etc. * Use discretion with confidential team and business information. * Partner with the team's Business Manager to effectively support the organization. * Manage team office space on client campus in Redmond, WA, ensuring monitors and desks are working properly, maintaining cleanliness of the space, and restocking supplies. * Provide backup coverage for team admins as needed. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * High attention to detail and care for accuracy. * Ability to keep information organized and confidential. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Education/Experience: * High school diploma or GED required. * 5-7 years experience required. * Experience working with executives highly preferred.
