Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Data Analyst to join their team and collaborate with program owners and key partners to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions for operational efficiency gains, increased program effectiveness, and data-driven strategic and operational decision making. This is a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Global diversity and inclusion learning solutions and development programs, such as required DNI training and simulations, and leading the future

  • Developing power BI dashboards that show descriptive statistics related to the learning solutions and development programs, using various data sources and data modeling techniques

  • Working with program owners, dashboard users, and third party suppliers to gather requirements, provide coaching and consulting, and address feedback, break fixes, and enhancement requests

  • Developing power BI solutions and data models using various data sources and DAX power query

  • Engaging with the GD and I data lead and other key stakeholders to support the learning solutions and development programs related to diversity and inclusion

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 3+ overall years of experience in the field

  • with Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization

  • with consulting skills to help program owners define data, reporting, and analytics needs

  • Experience in working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

  • Experience developing automated solutions with Power Platform and SharePoint

  • Experience owning or supporting Human Resources, People Analytics, Learning, Leadership Development relationships and / or programs

  • Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP) learning management system (LMS) data and reporting is a plus

  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills

$42.00 - $45.00 per hour
