ManpowerGroup Business Intelligence Analyst 2 in Redmond, Washington

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst 2

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $40/hr. - $45/hr.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Contract Length: 6 – 18 months

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst 2 to support the leadership team by providing data insights and visualization to inform business decisions. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on operational and ongoing reporting tasks rather than project-based work. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, primarily spending your time on reporting and data visualization using Power BI.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration – Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs.

3. Analytical Problem Solving – Proficient in analyzing complex data, identifying insights, and developing innovative solutions.

• Task Breakdown:

25-30%: Meet with stakeholders to understand data requirements.

70-75%: Perform data visualization and reporting tasks using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting needs.

• Work with various teams to collect or access necessary data.

• Develop and visualize data reporting solutions that meet business objectives via Power BI.

• Leverage business knowledge to resolve data-related problems.

• Serve as a project team member across multiple reporting and data analysis tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a related role.

Technical Skills:

o Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

o Basic knowledge of programming languages to read code and understand basic functions.

o Project management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• Soft Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

o Analytical skills to solve technical problems and interpret complex data.

o Ability to exercise judgment in selecting appropriate methods to achieve data solutions.
