Summary: * The main function of this role is to facilitate seamless integration and efficient operation within the team. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to establish a well-coordinated team and business rhythm, leading weekly LT meetings, driving strategic planning processes, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The role also entails managing team participation in key business events, fostering a positive work environment through HR partnership, developing strategy and content for meetings, overseeing communications, driving process improvements, supporting day-to-day operations, managing budgets and headcount with finance, and maintaining intranet portals. * Additionally, the role requires leading and contributing to cross-team projects and strategic initiatives to adapt to the evolving business landscape.
