Job Description
Are you an amazing Business Administrator? Do you have initiative, flexibility, and a strong desire to impact and influence the day-to-day business needs of a high-functioning team? One of our largest technology clients (headquartered in Redmond, WA) is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2/Business Administrator to join their team!
In this position, you will be working with a few teams and providing scheduling assistance to one or two Partner Directors in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to have great attention to details, strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong ability to work within a matrix of responsibility.
Hard Skills
Minimum 3+ years experience with Outlook Calendar support
Minimum 2+ years experience supporting a team
Minimum 2 years experience assisting with new hire onboarding
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical thinking
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to collaborate and be a team player
Ability to quickly diagnose operational data and act on decisions
Flexibility and ability to pivot as needed
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring four days on-site in Redmond, Washington and one day remote.
