Howmet Aerospace Redditch IT Co-ordinator in Redditch, United Kingdom

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Professional to co-ordinate our Redditch IT duties, being the main contact and Single Point of Accountability for Redditch.

This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • IT activities and projects on site

  • Desk side support, utilising ServiceNow ticketing system

  • Local Infrastructure, supporting SMART manufacturing

  • Adhering to corporate compliance requirements

This role will be based at Redditch full time, reporting to the Leicester & Redditch IT Manager.

  • ERP Support (QAD knowledge is preferable, but not essential).

  • Windows operating systems (10, 11 + Windows Server).

  • Highly efficient with Office 365 applications.

  • IT infrastructure knowledge (Networking (including Cisco OS), VLANs, NAT, Cisco IPT, VMWare, Printers, Active Directory, iOS & Android)

  • ServiceNow experience is preferable, but not essential.

  • Work within the guidelines of the IT ASAT compliance and participate in the assessment process.

  • Proven experience in an IT-related role (co-ordinating projects ideally).

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideal but not essential.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise independently.

  • Develops new ideas to improve processes.

  • Strives to develop personal skills/experience/own capabilities.

  • Experience in delivering IT data to stake holders, communicating effectively to the management team and wider HFS senior management team
